In recent years, IMS has worked with the Korean Small Business Corporation to analyze small businesses, provide guidance and help them establish relationships to successfully launch business ventures in the U.S. In addition, IMS has helped American investors implement new investment projects on promising IT companies in Korea. IMS combines our capabilities across management consulting, technology and business process outsourcing to provide flexible and scalable end-to-end services. Business Services address the most pressing needs of our clients by industry and by enterprise function. Our Consulting Services address the business and performance issues that are unique to a given industry. IMS utilizes effective targeting coupled with syndicated research services to ensure that the selection of media will reach the intended audience. Our areas of expertise include media research (both demographic and psychographic), media plan development and placement, rate negotiations, ad tracking and reporting, reconciliation, trafficking, return-on-investment analysis, and media research tools and systems. Cultural differences often lead to unexpected difficulties and costs. It is essential to get local mentor and coaching to raising chances of business success. Through our IMS accelerator program, in 2014 and 2015, we worked with 40 entrepreneurs focused on building a business model from the ground up. Through an intensive one month program and a 2-3 month follow-on extension program, IMS developed a business centric curriculum that worked with small & medium business leaders in molding, creating and executing their business model.
